Quality Administrator


Our client is keen to recruit a Quality Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract initially

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Liaison with customers

* Producing statistical reports on Quality/departmental functions

* Collation and effective communication of performance reports

* Liaison with Suppliers for Quality related activities

* Submitting Customer Quality Questionnaire response letters

* Export administration

* Ad-hoc stock adjustments (including Supplier returns and Aged Stock)

* Switchboard support

* Maintaining levels of office stationery and ad-hoc purchases

* Project support utilizing PowerPoint, Excel and other software solutions as required

* Support and assistance with various ad-hoc tasks

You must have previous experience within a similar role with excellent Excel skills
