Excellent opportunity to join a small but established company who are one of just a handful of companies worldwide in their specific line of work, in a hands on position overseeing a close knit team of production staff.

This company is highly niche, manufacturing a creative and unique product which is sought after by a host of blue chip companies. Due to continual success they are looking for a quality manager to help improve the quality of their work, and be the right hand person to the managing director.

In this role you will work alongside the MD to oversee all quality across production, as well as ensuring that the company is continually improving.

The ideal candidate for the position will be from manufacturing or production working in a similar role, who is happy to play a key role within a small team. Any experience within foundries, building materials or similar will be beneficial.

The Role:
*Quality manager overseeing production
*Managing a team of around 7 production staff
*Work directly alongside the managing director
*Oversee quality improvements
*Quite a dirty working environment, in a hands on role

The Person:
*Experience within a similar role
*Manufacturing or production background
*Any knowledge of foundries or building materials beneficial
