A small expanding Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a number of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to join their team in Cheltenham.

THE COMPANY

My client is a small expanding Consultancy in the South West working across a mix of sectors. They have a great reputation in the market and great company culture. Individual projects include working on high profile Residential developments as well as commercial, aviation and education sectors. They are a very dynamic company offering the opportunity to work with some of the region’s finest Consultants.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit a number of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to join the Cheltenham office. Successful candidates will be given the chance to work on a mix of fantastic projects. The projects will be across a range of sectors but with a focus on Residential, Commercial, Aviation, and Education.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers would ideally:

• Have a relevant degree

• Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager

• Have experience working on projects within Property / Building

• Have experience working on projects from inception to completion

• Have good communication and client facing skills
