A law firm has near Bristol has a requirement for a very experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join a busy Residential Property Department.

The Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting fee earners in processing sale and purchase transactions. The conveyancing legal assistant role will require opening files, undertaking searches, dealing with completion and post completion issues, liaising with clients and the accounts team as well as drafting contracts
The Residential Property team act for purchasers and vendors, locally and regionally.
The Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant will be an experienced as a residential conveyancing legal assistant or secretary with at least 12 months experience.
The work requires someone with previous case management experience in conveyancing
