Sales Administrator – Aztec West, Bristol- Immediate start – Monday – Friday hours – Excellent benefits

Red Recruitment are excited to be working with a world leading material supplier in their latest Sales Administrator vacancy in Aztec West. The purpose of the role is to deliver a world class service by placing orders accurately, managing stock whilst providing an excellent customer service at all times. This role would suit someone who is confident and organised and will be a full time permanent role, joining a busy team of 5.

Sales Administrator duties;

Taking control and guiding customer through the order process to ensure accurate order placement
Managing out of stock situations by offering alternative products
Processing orders, updating the internal database and ensuring all records are kept up to date
Printing, scanning and faxing documents accordingly
Providing excellent attention to detail

Sales Administrator skills;

Ability to be organised and use initiative in a busy environment
Open communicator with candid honesty and clarity
Offer solutions to improve internal productivity and processes
Demonstrate high knowledge of product knowledge driven by application understanding
Excellent IT skills; Outlook, excel, word & SAP

Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week (hours between 8.30 – 6pm)
