You will be joining a high performing team on a well-established market within IT/Tech, where you will be placing mid-senior level technology professionals into contract based employment. As a 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with clients and candidates in your market. You will need to have a growth mindset with a longevity approach; this role would suit someone who likes to build strong foundations whilst anticipating and working towards positive future outcomes. In addition, you ought to enjoy interacting and building relationships with people – after all, this will be the core element of your role.
