My South West based client is a successful, growing business that is looking to bring in a Salesforce Specialist to focus on supporting the application.
The aim to ensure Salesforce is running smoothly and act as 2nd/3rd line support for calls raised by the user community.
The ideal Salesforce Support Specialist will have knowledge of Salesforce and demonstrate a desire to learn and administrate multiple platforms and cloud-based services integrated within the solution.
You will take ownership of the application and have a great attention to detail with strong problem solving skills.
* Routine maintenance of Salesforce such as carrying out data updates, root cause analysis and raising defects
* Responsible for answering support calls and supporting the operations team to triage, troubleshoot issues and problems
* Building capability to monitor Salesforce processes and highlight any failures
