Shift Manager with icing on! This is a unique opportunity to join a small business who focus on quality and are incredibly proud of the premium, outstanding products they manufacture. This Shift Manager role is a production role but, as is often the case in small businesses, you will have to wear other hats and be involved in some of the supply chain and logistics involved. If you enjoy variety and juggling a spoon, a ball and a china cup this could be ideal.

What do you need to be the new Shift Manager?
Food manufacturing experience is essential.
Management and leadership background – you know how to gain buy in, set the standard and the shop floor want to follow your lead.
Energy – you bring that to work and enthuse those around you.
Positive ‘switched on’ attitude to overcome obstacles and resolve problems.
An appetite for busy, fast-paced environments.
Able to react when needed with an organised and structured approach.
