Looking to speak with candidate who have experience in telephone customer services, The role will be based at a local NHS Trust working on a shift pattern.
There will be some administration duties involved with the day to day running of the Telecoms service. This team also supports an enquiries desk for patients, visitors and staff, as well as some cash handling to support the Healthcare Travel Scheme claims for outpatients.
Good communications skills and the ability to work as part of a small team as well as on your own out of hours are essential. Experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage. A customer focus is an essential part of this role.
Hours: 3.30pm-12am and 12am-7am (alternating)
Payrate after 7am: £10.45 per hour
Payrate after 8pm: £14.10 per hour
