‘Stains disappear’ Mrs Hinch fans share best tips to banish limescale build-up from toilet

One online user commented: “Domestos zero limescale applied on the rim and left on for 20 minutes, then toilet brush. Repeat if necessary. Job done. This is the strongest product on the high street. I clean toilets like this all the time.”

Describing their technique, one group member posted: “Kitchen roll and white vinegar. Soak two sheets with vinegar and pop them around the rim, leave for an hour or two, remove and it’s clean. Did mine two days ago.

“I also get rid of most the water in the bowl and use few small bottles in that.”
