Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be support a local company in Swindon in the recruitment of a support administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
As a support administrator you will be responsible for supporting the office with day to day administration tasks along with providing customer service support to the branch.
* Answering incoming calls and answering customer queries or passing through to the relevant department.
* Processing customer quotes on the system.
* Updating customer documentation and customer information.
* Providing sales admin support to the sales team.
We are looking for someone who is organised, good attention to detail, has some previous administration experience and a good communicator.
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday with working every other Saturday morning.
