About the role:

This role is responsible for mapping, developing and implementing supporter journeys to maximise experience and long-term engagement with fundraising supporters. During this fixed term contract CLIC Sargent is implementing a new CRM, the new system provides transformational opportunities for how we deliver communications. The primary purpose of this role will be to lead on designing, implementing and supporting the delivery of stewardship programmes and supporter journeys in the new CRM.

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll have experience of designing and implementing supporter journeys in intergrated CRMs and a proven track record in end-to-end project and programme management. You’ll need to have strong strategic and planning skills and the ability to engage and coach people in big picture thinking.

Salary: £34,782 – £37,934 (Outside London) ; £36,674 – £40,036 (London)
