We are excited to be working exclusively on this role for a company based on the outskirts of Cheltenham and Tewkesbury, it is an incredibly exciting time for this business as they are experiencing huge growth plans thus an additional member of staff is needed due to the company being so busy…..
Candidates will need to come from a customer help desk background, however, please note that this is not a call centre environment – you will be working within a team of 3 and will be getting involved in a variety of tasks from taking incoming calls from existing customers regarding the company’s technical products to scheduling work and engineers to administration duties of creating purchase orders and verifying invoices to be paid. A really varied role thus you must love working in a fast paced environment and being where no day is ever the same. Due to the fast pace of the industry it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar line of work as you do need to hit the ground running ( on the job training will be given re. the company and the products, but the type of enquiry and issues that you will be dealing with will need someone who has exposure to this type of work (or similar) previously)

There are SLA’s in place with regards to Clients and the service offering my Client offers, so it is imperative that you enjoy working to deadlines for this role and understand the repercussions around any delays etc. Candidates must not be phased by IT as this role will work on a number of different systems thus you will need to NOT be scared of learning the basics of various systems. You will be working with a great Team Leader, who excels in their role and is looking forward to showing a new person the ropes! A lovely friendly team who adopt a work hard attitude to the tasks at hand, however, still like a friendly bit of banter too! You also need to love working with customers who are frustrated and thus see your role as to help and advise quickly and appropriately with a solution to their technical issue.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 . Please note that there is no flexibility to work from home within this role as you will be working in a small team whereby you need to be at the hub in the office based closely to the engineers and warehouse teams.
Please note that the successful candidate MUST have previous commercial office experience
