A number of leading supermarkets have issued product recalls amid safety fears.

Tesco, Waitrose and Co-op are among the retailers that have urged customers to check items bought in store after a number of items have been sold with missing ingredients on their labels.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) publishes all of the alerts on its website.
