Vitamin D deficiency: Lacking in vitamin could make you more prone to falls & spine issues

Bone pain and lower back pain may be signs of inadequate vitamin D levels in the blood.

Large observational studies have found a relationship between a deficiency and chronic lower back pain.

“If you eat right, and get lots of vitamin D, you can reduce your risk of osteoporosis,” said Dr Amir.

“But exercise, sleep, eat right and [get] vitamin D – you can help mitigate some of that shrinkage.”
