Web Sales Advisor/Customer Service Advisor

Opportunity to join the head office of a leading retailer and distributor who pride themselves on delivering and exceptional customer experience. Your role will be focussed on answering customer enquiries and supporting with questions relating to delivery schedules or product suitability.
Responding to customer emails or telephone queries
Resolving complaints in a timely manner
Upselling additional products during customer calls
Supporting customers with the online order process
Aftersales calls to ensure satisfactionYou will be part of a small team of up to 6 people, who work together to ensure team and individual targets are achieved.
We would expect you to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with ‘C’ grade passes or above in Maths & English, and have experience within a retail environment.
You should also be a proficient user of Microsoft Office
