When is Complaints Welcome on Channel 4?

Complaints Welcome is set to air on Channel 4 later this year.

While the official date is yet to be set, audiences are sure to be hooked to the entertaining show.

Who are the hosts of Complaints Welcome?

Viewers are in for a treat as comedians Munya Chawawa, Tom Allen and Jessica Knappett join forces for Complaints Welcome.

With appearances on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals and his own show Quizness, Tom Allen will be part of the panel in charge of getting to the bottom of TV gripes.

In a statement, he said: “Jess, Munya and I will be putting TV on trial. If you’ve got an opinion on anything from the corsets in Bridgerton to a frown about Countdown, we want to hear from you.”

Adding: “Complaints Welcome will be standing by to review the reviews viewing viewers viewed.”

Famed for his tongue-in-cheek viral sketches, inspired by current affairs, Complaints Welcome will be Munya Chawawa’s first prime time series on Channel 4.

However, he has also featured on BBC’s Celebrity MasterChef 2021 and the Sky One show Dating: No Filter.

And you may recognise comedian and actress Jessica Knappett from her appearances in The Inbetweeners Movie and Taskmaster.

What is Complaints Welcome about?

The light-hearted series will be tackling people’s complaints about popular TV shows – no matter how big or small their issue may be.

With the help of debates, sketches and investigations, the quick-witted hosts will look to solve the issues before deciding whether the feedback is upheld or rejected.

Phil Harris, Head of Entertainment and Events, Channel 4 says of the show: “If there’s one thing we love more than telly, it’s complaining about telly.

“Munya, Jess and Tom will get to the bottom of viewer complaints in their own sharp, satirical and unique way.”
